Your position will connect your PA skills and business insight to a great real-world business scale-up project and a steep learning curve. Your tasks and responsibility will cover:
We expect you to have a sound business insight , as we need you to support the commercial journey and understand the market and the customers.
We need you to be a coordination wizard as so many things, projects, new ideas and initiatives is constantly evolving.
We hope that you have a strong flair for IT, figures and numbers as we could use help to prepare reports, support the digitalization and maybe other parts of the “process development”.
We believe that it is important to be a skilled communicator, persistent and service minded. Your job is foremost as PA, Coordinator and “Wing-man” for the CEO, yet you will be involved across many areas in the Management team and work together with all people in LIITA.

We envision you hold the following skills to succeed:
You have finished your bachelor degree and are studying a relevant topic (Business)
You know your way around the professional use of reports, business cases, agenda material and presentations – including the use of PowerPoint, spreadsheets, communication tools etc.
Coordination, follow-up, supporting meetings, planning and taking actions comes all natural to you
You feel proud as well when small things succeed, and you do not consider yourself too important to catch all the ad-hoc things that reveal in busy times: supporting in meetings, mails, calendars and sales. "Filtering" relevant stuff from "noise" for the Management, handling administrative tasks towards customers and partners – and probably much more.
You take initiative and have clear ambitions for adding value to yourself and to LIITA
You are not “a corporate person”, however you know your way in corporate standards and communication
You have a very good English vocabulary
