Donkey Republic is looking for a creative, engaged and curious Revenue Operations Intern to join our Business Development team. You will help build up and design Revenue operations allowing us to work more efficiently, forecast better and learn from our data. We are 20,000+ bicycles large, serving 1m+ riders in Europe and we believe that Every Ride Counts. We are working to make bikes available everywhere around the world - and we need you!

We are looking for a customer-obsessed, productivity-focused talent to help build go-to-market enablement across teams. In this role, you will help refine our current enablement strategies by unifying systems, process, and data across the departments. You work closely with our CSO to set up improved processes for cross team collaboration, improving the value we get from our CRM system (with better data structure, automations and integrations with other platforms) and analysing our sales data.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyse sales data and current client information to guide strategy and improvements for the sales department

• Ensure CRM data integrity through

• Improve our CRM setup, re-think data structures and improve value gain from the features (we use Hubspot)

• Build and maintain automation initiatives within and across platforms

• Learning the ins and outs of key systems (Hubspot, ERPAG, Economic, Contractbook etc.)

• Gain knowledge and experience across different departments (Sales, Client Success, Accounting, Supply Chain)

• Improve cross-departmental processes and improve knowledge sharing and access.

  
  

We expect you to: 

• Actively enrolled in a degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field program

• Phenomenal communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.

• A natural curiosity (no question too small!) and robust personality with high levels of energy and motivation to go above and beyond.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Strong curiosity about business operations and process optimization.
