Our team is growing, ambitious and social, and we are looking for a Head of Risk to build a sustainable and healthy risk management environment to scale our business and ultimately help more businesses getting paid.
As Head of Risk you will be responsible for the risk management framework, and support us in identifying, monitoring and mitigating risks related to our products and markets. We expect you to be the frontrunner in our healthy risk management and in fostering a healthy culture for balanced risk in the wider organisation.
Who you are:

You are experienced in building and managing a credit/lending P&L

What you will be doing:
Build, manage, and own the responsibility of the end-to-end risk management framework.
Report risk metrics and status to internal and external stakeholders including working with our BI team to construct rich and intuitive reporting tools
Report monthly and quarterly risk reports to the Board of Management and Board of Directors.
Build and maintain the risk management strategy with risk appetite and preferences, including risk on partner platforms, to be approved by the Board of Directors
Collaborate with other controlling and operations functions in the organisation to ensure a sustainable overall risk environment in the organisation
Proactively experiment with our growing stock of data to identify valuable insights to support better credit decisions
Support the growth of the organisation by hiring the right people at the right time to enable us to scale
Oversee and manage the quality of our accounts receivables and help our accounts receivables associates identify areas that needs to be managed closely
Make sure we are always compliant with legislation and requirements governed by the Danish FSA, including KYC and AML checks that are digital, smooth and compliant
Drive the requirements and constraints for our predictive credit engine model to become even more data-driven in our credit decisioning. Partner closely with our highly experienced data science team to build predictive models
Create reporting systems, metrics, and KPIs that are in-line with major balance sheet investor expectations
