We are looking for an ERP Administrator to join our team to maintain and expand our IT-Infrastructure with focus on our ERP integrated e-commerce setup as well as internal infrastructure. In this position you will ensure that the backend of both our online and offline POS systems run smoothly and help to improve our existing setup and services.

Your Responsibilities

• Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes

• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs and especially ERP initiatives (i.e. POS and third party integrations)

• Conduct user training sessions on new applications or processes within the system

• Assisting in managing planned/ad-hoc projects (migration, setting new Corporate software, change/refresh of equipment, etc.) and ensures cohesive team performance

• Working with IT vendors, negotiates pricing as well as manages and monitors their performance and delivery schedules

• Participating in any type of IT/data audits

Your Skills Requirement

• Previous experience with ERP system administration (preferably MS Dynamics 365 Business Central)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

• Background within the e-commerce and retail industry as well as with POS systems is a plus

• English proficiency (additional languages are a PLUS)

• Customer service oriented, positive attitude and problem-solver mentality

• Able to perform under pressure and have an attention to detail
