We are looking for an Operations Assistant to help our growing business with practical and administrational tasks. The job is full-time (37 hours a week) at our Copenhagen office.

About the role
We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our Development & Operations team, where you will gain experience with logistics, management, and shipping. Responsibility will come from day one! You will be the right hand of the Head of Operations, which means that you will be the go-to when that person is not there.
Your primary responsibilities will be warehouse and hardware management, ensuring that our products are ready and easy to ship. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for the shipment and receiving of our products. This means you’re the last to check our products before they’re shipped, thereby responsible for the quality of our products before they reach the customer.
Your responsibilities but not limited to:
Improving and keeping our warehouse tidy
Preparing and packaging orders
Operating our ERP system for managing stock and orders
Supporting customer success with inquiries
Assisting with product tests
Helping with maintenance at customer sites
Writing quick guides for our knowledge base
We appreciate a technical mindset, but it is not a requirement as we value your personality and energy more than anything else!
You have completed your education at the high school level.
