We’re bringing an innovative and different product to market by adhering to a disciplined and user-oriented design approach, and we’re looking for a full-stack engineer to join us on our journey.

Your role

As a full-stack engineer, you’ll help build our product and platform from the ground up. You will be a core part of the product team responsible for ensuring technical feasibility, developing innovative solutions, and bringing a great product into the hands of our customers. You will join an established product team, but will as employee #5 naturally have a lot of responsibility.

Salary

60.000 - 70.000 + equity package

Who you’ll work with

The founding team consists of a serial entrepreneur, a former McKinsey consultant/SaaS CFO, and a Lead Engineer with over 20 years of experience. We strive to have fun and be proud of what we are building while taking a disciplined and ambitious product development approach. You will be an integrated part of the team and have many learning opportunities from working with a highly skilled team in a fast-paced startup.

We believe in design thinking, Lean methodology, and agile principles. We listen to Marty Cagan and Teresa Torres, and we love to educate ourselves on digital business building, product development, and go-to-market motions. We love to work cross-functionally and we have a book club on business literature (don't worry, you don’t have to join if you don’t want to!). We believe that too many features are developed redundantly without ensuring problem/solution fit and that some of the biggest mistakes that startups make can be prevented by de-risking early in the process. In other words, you will be working on highly valued and validated features.
