We are growing rapidly and we are now looking for a COO
We have reached the stage where our CEO Jacob has too much on his agenda and needs a partner in crime. As our COO you will team up with our CEO Jacob and find a suitable division of work. The work mainly revolves around continuously setting and clarifying Vision and Culture through creating artefacts and rituals (aka policies and processes), assisting in fundraising as well as keeping a close dialogue with our Investors but also supporting the business in a more operational manner by setting each quarters' Objectives and Targets. To achieve this we envision you owning the financial side of the business, so our business model our budgets and projections.
Work with the leadership team to continuously crystallise our Vision and Culture
Assist our CPO in driving the process to set quarterly Business Objectives and Key Results
Work closely with our CEO in fundraising, creating material and pitching
Own our business model, budgets and projections
Ensure we maintain a close dialogue with our investors
Ex-tier 1 Management Consultant or Investment Banker
Financially savvy, large spreadsheet experience
Presentation wizard, Keynote/Powerpoint/Google slides
Proven leadership skills
Nice to haves: previous startup leadership experience, previous CEO or COO experience, experience from Board rooms

Yepstr is Sweden's largest platform for simple and safe teenage-jobs like babysitting, tutoring and dog-minding. Our vision is to help 100 million young people to their first jobs by 2030, and in doing that we will help lower youth unemployment and help bridge the gap to adulthood.
We are currently 15 full-time employees, but with all of our Young Entrepreneurs that work via Yepstr every day then we are in fact thousands. We view them all as our colleagues.

Second, we also often hear that we're pretty unique in that we don't just talk about doing something good - we actually do.
