About Liirn
Liirn is an ed-tech startup, based in Copenhagen. We are driven to help teach kids, ages 6-12 lean, by personalizing sessions on around interests each child is most passionate about.
We are looking for a community success manager that can be the first point of contact with parents, tutors, and students to ensure everyone is having a positive experience with Liirn.
Responsibilities
Manage tutor and student scheduling
Provide guidance, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback to keep our team of tutors stay in-sync about the Liirn way of tutoring
Connect with parents and students to listen to their feedback about their sessions are going, to ensure they feel they have a direct line for suggesting ideas and improvements
Ensure that tutors are satisfied in their roles, and execute on ways to continuously increase their engagement
Identify roadblocks and escalate when appropriate
Uphold and embody Liirn's mission, vision, and values
Requirements
Established listening, team-building, and coaching skills
Aptitude for critical-thinking and detail-oriented analysis
Passion for education and community development
Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Demonstrated entrepreneurial or growth-oriented mindset
We are expecting approximately 20-25 hours per week
