What we do:
We manage and fulfill inquiries generated from and alongside our Digital Art platform on artland.com. Our team works on deals helping art collectors to acquire or sell artworks from/to our network of galleries, other collectors, art dealers, etc. The range of tasks can vary tremendously on any 1 inquiry, depending on the collector's needs. From researching artists and their markets to negotiating, or providing ancillary services.
Your day to day
You will work quite closely with a colleague who is currently managing the Artland.com marketplace inquiries and building many collector relationships. You will help with the following tasks.
Tasks:
Sourcing of artworks
Secondary Market (Private Collections)
Primary Market (Galleries, and Artist Representatives)
Artist market Research
Assisting with Deal Flow
Collector research
Managing Marketplace Inquiries
Outreach
Outreach to Artland Collectors
Gallery outreach
Potential Further Tasks- Given your Skillsets
editing and improving automation processes (no coding skill necessary)
Using Adobe Photoshop to edit and present artworks
You should be able to
Communicate professionally in English
Negotiate with seller and buyers
Reflect and learn new knowledge, and experiences
Handle changing environments
Have a good structure and like data insights
Strategy & Collaboration:
As you become more comfortable with the tasks and position, you will help with:
Setting weekly team goals
Creating a weekly strategy of outreach and client relationship building + maintenance
Demand & Supply Scaling Strategy
Handle and structure all data within the team
Communicating with different departments on improvements to the structures/products next to and in support of the marketplace. - Developing your own clientele of Collectors and art buyers
