Team Lead Account Receivable

This role oversees the accounts receivable for Siteimprove. Ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in their work. Candidate should also be efficient and flexible, organized, have excellent follow-through and show an ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Position will oversee two direct reports. This position reports to the Accounting Manager. 


Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff responsible for accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely payment of customers’ invoices.

  • Maintain accurate receivables records and reports

  • Manage collection activities, corresponding with past-due accounts (calls and email)

  • Assist in the development of processes and procedures for the department

  • Improve department performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies

  • Assist with accounting systems implementations

  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis

  • Other duties and projects as assigned by Accounting Manager


Supervisory responsibilities

  • Oversee two direct reports (Collection Specialists in US and Copenhagen)


What we require of you

  • Experience analyzing and reporting financial data

  • Expertise to communicate in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization

  • Ability to determine task priority and organize daily and long term work

  • Detail oriented with the ability to multitask

  • Prior experience with ERP systems, with focus on receivables management
