Our Customer Success Team is looking for someone who has excellent problem solving skills, an analytical mindset and a passion for solving problems through code. We work with established CMS systems like Wordpress, Magento, Prestashop, etc. and most tasks are solved by using JS and PHP.

The role:

As an Integration Specialist at you are responsible for managing the technical aspects of our product implementation for new and existing customers. You will be working closely with our customer-facing Onboarders, assisting them with the installation and customization of products in the backend of our customers' webshops.

Your responsibilities:

  • Own all Technical Implementations and make sure they are delivered within scope and deadline. 

  • Work side by side with our Onboarders to understand and meet our customer needs.

  • Facilitate technical discussions in the onboarding process for new customers.

  • Install, configure and troubleshoot products in production, test and development environments.

  • Identify and document gaps between requirements and IT capabilities.

Qualifications and personal skills:

  • Inherent and proven problem-solving nature, with an engaged, self-motivated, can-do attitude.

  • It is essential that you have a passion for solving problems through code.

  • Minimum 2+ years experience working with established CMS systems like Wordpress, Magento, Prestashop, etc. 

  • Experience with JS and PHP is a requirement. 

  • Having done implementations of SaaS platforms in a previous role is a plus, however not mandatory. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
