To keep up with our growing customer base, Cludo is seeking a motivated Senior Product Designer with experience in B2B applications to join our small, but mighty product team of Cludians at Cludo in Copenhagen.

Cludo is a place where PM and UX work closely together on designs, specifications, customer interviews, competitor analysis and all Product related activities. Two Cludians on the Product Management team even have a UX Design background, so you will find a very supportive and empowering environment to continue your development in. We want a well-rounded designer who is looking for a new challenge in a small but growing company. 

What you will do

• Produce designs in all levels of fidelity, from wireframes to high definition

• Run the design process during the Discovery phase

• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to formulate and understand feature requirements and constraints 

• Produce and user test prototypes early and often 

• Support delivery by adjusting designs and scope as needed 

• Participate actively in user research / customer interviews together with the rest of the product team

What we need to see from you

• At least 3 years of experience as a UX Designer in a Product company with a B2B product

• Familiar with B2B UI design patterns and page architecture

• Experience contributing to a design system 

• Experience with both quantitative and qualitative methodologies for user research and user testing

• Ability to base design decisions on solid reasoning and data

• Good stakeholder management skills

• Superior presentation and communication skills

• Proficient in Figma

• Portfolio of relevant work

Bonus points if you have

• Martech experience

• Experience designing for data analytics functionality and/or dashboards

• Experience from a SaaS company that has a continuous release cycle 

• Some experience with simple video editing - to compile user research videos 

• Experience writing copy and micro-copy in English
