We are therefore on the lookout for a talented customer success specialist to help us make sure our clients get the best experience using our platform as well as managing expert-client interactions.
Locate and onboard new experts, whose expertise is relevant to the company’s current focus
Maintain communication with existing clients and experts regarding relevant projects, collaboration options, incentives, etc.
Work in close collaboration with our Sales Department in order to provide necessary information to prospective clients
Keep expert profiles up to date
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong command of the English language - both written and spoken
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
Accountability and top-notch organizational skills are essential
Eagerness to learn and understand seemingly esoteric terms and concepts
You must be comfortable working in an international environment and with diverse populations
