We are therefore on the lookout for a talented customer success specialist to help us make sure our clients get the best experience using our platform as well as managing expert-client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Locate and onboard new experts, whose expertise is relevant to the company’s current focus

• Maintain communication with existing clients and experts regarding relevant projects, collaboration options, incentives, etc.

• Work in close collaboration with our Sales Department in order to provide necessary information to prospective clients

• Keep expert profiles up to date

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience in a similar role

• Strong command of the English language - both written and spoken

• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships

• Accountability and top-notch organizational skills are essential

• Eagerness to learn and understand seemingly esoteric terms and concepts

• You must be comfortable working in an international environment and with diverse populations
