The main mission of the University department is to work alongside our Higher Education partners through the implementation, launch and day-to-day use of University specific Career Platforms. The Career Platform is an innovative and user-friendly career guidance platform integrated within the intranets of these institutions, enabling them to guide their students and graduates in their career development, and to set them up for the world of work by helping them discover the right path for them!
As a University Success Manager, you’ll report to our Head of University Partners and play a key role in the retention and success of our University partners across the Nordics and more specifically in Finland. In collaboration with our Product, Support and Marketing teams, you will be responsible for activating your portfolio and being the internal voice of the users. Note that the job is located in Copenhagen.
Maintaining and developing the relationship between Graduateland and your partners
Maximising the success of the Career Platform, for university career services, their corporate partners and for students
Continuously improving integration of the Career Platform
Regular review meetings with our partner establishments to present the developments of the platform
Providing trainings to Career Services teams or other internal stakeholders within the University (such as project managers, faculty representatives, associations, Marketing & Communication, teachers)
Encouraging best practice sharing between universities
Supporting your partners through their promotion of the Career Center, in collaboration with Marketing
Thinking of creative ways to maximise student awareness
Speaks fluent Finnish and has good level of English
You have a relevant Customer Success or Account Management experience
Customer oriented – our partners and students are at the heart of what we do
You have a passion for building consultative partnerships
Confident communicator – someone who is happy speaking to partners and prospects
Self-motivated with a high-energy spirit
Fast learner and multitasker – ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise tasks
