What you’ll be doing as Product Owner:
As the Product Owner you will be the overall responsible for the product performance and development in Ageras Marketplace. You will work closely with our engineers, Managing Directors, marketing teams, account managers, and customer service to define the required steps to take the Marketplace to the next level.
More specifically, your main area of responsibility will be:
Define, maintain and execute the product roadmap
Continuously be in dialogue with relevant stakeholders (internal and external) to define and develop better solutions for our customers
Work as part of our product team from idea to go-live, being a crucial part of every step in the development process
Collaborate with the engineers to define the technical specifications; everything from early definitions, development, production, testing, etc.
Contribute to the shared vision of the Ageras Group ecosystem where we and our partner companies in the group work together
Who you are:
You have a proven track-record within product development, ideally within a start-up or scaleup. You know how to translate business and customer requirements into crisp and clear development requirements for the Tech team. And you can balance request and requirements from multiple different stakeholders in the business.
A strong candidate will tick-off most of the boxes below:
Relevant experience from a similar role as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Strong technical skills enabling you to define specification to the Tech team
Ability to translate customer needs into functional product requirements
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align priorities with senior management as well as interns
Strong business acumen with a good understanding of how to deliver value for our clients and partners
Good presentation and communications skills allowing you to liaise with different team within the Ageras organization
High degree of energy and motivation, clear action-based mentality
Interest in Fintech and/or accounting
Fluent in English both verbally and in writing (Danish not a requirement)
