You will be part of an energetic and highly social team of people working within customer success, account management and marketing. What will you be doing?
As a Client Consultant you’ll handle the entire communication with our small- and midsize business customers in Sweden, who are in the need of a specialist. You’ll support your customer portfolio from the first initial contact until finding the perfect specialist. Throughout the process, you’ll be responsible for your own customer portfolio and work towards individual targets, and together with our team you’ll be growing and establishing the Swedish market.
Identify and assess customer's needs and requests to achieve satisfaction
Improve customer service experience and create engaged customers
Be in contact with our partners (accountants) to ensure completion of customer requests
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Own the customer relationship and act as the primary point of contact in our match-making process
Continuously being an active part of improving the customer satisfaction

They put themselves in the customers place and talks their case internally when it is needed. With other words: they are our customers' and partners' "go-to" people, that will guide them through their journey at Ageras.
Who are you?
Maybe you are currently in a similar position within customer support or product advising, but are eager to try something new and be part of further growing the Swedish market in a dynamic, international environment?
As our new Client Consultant, you empathize easily with people and can build relationships quickly over the phone. Also, you enjoy advising and consulting our customers, are a strong communicator and problem solver and are motivated to work towards targets. You thrive when giving our customers a spectacular experience through a trusted advisory relationship by supporting them throughout their journey at Ageras.
To succeed in this position, you also have:
Near-native Swedish language skills and conversational English language skills
Experience in successfully supporting B2B customers
A strong integrity in everything you do
