What are we looking for?

We are looking for the next member to add to our team of IT superheroes! You will be more of a sidekick, as we are looking for a part-time student worker, but that still counts as a hero! Currently, our team consists of 3 full-time heroes; one is based in the US, and another is a student sidekick. From our Copenhagen HQ, we aid and assist our end users across our many European offices and also a few offices in the US.

Responsibilities 🦾

• Troubleshooting hardware and software on prem and remote

• Solving tickets for end users globally

• Set up and assist at meetings that require AV of any sort

• Onboarding new hires in our workspace

• Setup workstations and hardware for new hires

• Procurement and handling of all hardware

• Partake in IT projects internally in the team and across the org.

• And whatever fun stuff we can think of!

Qualifications 🎯

• To succeed in the IT team, you must first be a people person.

• We are dealing with many different people with different levels of technical knowledge, so it is key that you can match them and explain things to them in a way they can understand.

• Furthermore, we believe in being proactive and sniffing out any issues before our end users come to us.

• We like to be visible and social with our colleagues by visiting them for a cup of coffee to catch up and fix any issues they might have but haven't had time to report yet. No more hiding behind your monitor and pretending you're not here.

• The tech industry is constantly evolving, and we need to evolve with it, so being curious, inquisitive and always looking to obtain new knowledge, sharing that knowledge and learning new skills is vital to us.

• As corny as it might sound, teamwork makes the dream work!

• We believe that working closely together, looking out for each other, playing on each other's strengths and last but not least, celebrating the individual and joint success of the team is what makes our team great!

• With a few Windows exceptions, we primarily work with MacBooks, so knowing your way around a MacBook and Apple products, in general, is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and 1Password is a great benefit.

• We expect you to have excellent knowledge about various tech and hardware and how to troubleshoot these, as you will be handling computers, meeting room setups, printers, a bit of network equipment and other cool gadgets!

Don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes above; the main thing is that you are willing to learn, and we'll teach you whatever you need to know.
