Who are we looking for? 🔍

We are looking for someone who will enjoy running our in-house cafe area and reception, helping the Workplace team take good care of our employees, setting up important meetings, team events, parties, and other ad hoc tasks that come with running a large office. In this role, multitasking is no joke - but we promise it will be fun.

What will you be doing? 🤩

Reporting to the Workspace Manager in Copenhagen, you will be part of a team of three, a part of our larger People Experience team including IT support and People Operations as well. Currently, we have 200+ people in our Copenhagen office, which is constantly growing. 

• Help create a fantastic employee and guest experience every day

• Be part of the go-to team for solving various problems

• Be the primary support of our training academies and onboarding events, various social events, and celebrations

• Ensure that our space is always equipped, tidy, and organized

• Order drinks and snacks, fill fridges daily, handle refunds, recycling, etc.

• Receive packages and deliveries

• Help build the new Copenhagen office

Who are you?

• Full of great ideas and positive energy

• Structured and proactive in the way you work

• Reasonably practical and not afraid of getting your hands dirty

• Able to stay focused with constantly changing tasks

• Fluent in Danish and English (Required)
