Our central & vibrant venue DEPOT is looking for a new team member(s) to take over our bar as a Bartender with some extra responsibilities. The position is all hands on the deck and requires a well-organized person who thrives among diverse activities and in a high phased environment.

DEPOT is a radio cafe situated in Kulturhuset Indre By. Our daily activities revolve around building a strong radio community and providing artists with a platform to share their audio creations, whilst catering food and drinks (F&D) to the overall cultural houses' guests and users. As a whole, the house has the ambition to become one of the first sustainability-driven cultural houses.

DEPOT is run by my sustainability-focused brewery BRØL. The house is run by a team from Copenhagen Municipality, with whom we work very closely. In the house, we have a staging area for 300-400people, meeting rooms, sports halls, and big beautiful outside. 

As Bartender++ you are responsible for:

• opening and closing cafe

• managing our other part-time bartenders

• serving craft beer, coffee, soda etc, sometimes cocktails

• cafe and our area hygiene maintenance

• Outgoing, keen to serve and interact with customers and guests of the house

• flexible, well organized with high-level planning and time management skills

• self-reliant, independent, and of a course team player

• Working location: DEPOT, Charlotte Ammundsens Pl. 3, 1359 Copenhagen.

• The job begins on August 15th.

DEPOT Opening hours and working hours (might change a bit): 

Monday /Tuesday- closed 

Wednesday 15-21

Thursday/Saturday 15-22

Sunday 11-17
