At Muri, we want to change perceptions about what No & Low drinks can be. We do not make alcoholic ‘substitutes’, but challenge ourselves to create drinks that have such craft, complexity and deliciousness that people love them regardless of their ABV.

We are sold in some of the best restaurants and bars around the world, and we have ambitious growth plans. We are now looking for new fun members to join our team and help us grow our mission.
Working with the Production Manager you will be making our drinks from start to finish. You will learn how to prep and process ingredients, and will become responsible for producing the fermented components, including wines, kvass, kefirs and more. You will also be involved in the ‘downstream’ aspects of bottling and packaging. Cleaning and maintenance of equipment will also be key duties in order to keep the brewery immaculate.
We do not require a degree for this role but knowledge you have in the science of fermentation will place you at an advantage.
You must be able to show a passion for our mission and craft drinks.
You must have prior experience – ideally commercially producing drinks, although any professional experience in food production or restaurants will be highly advantageous.
We are ideally looking for someone who can become autonomous and drive production independently when needed. You will be able to demonstrate:
· Incredible attention to detail, you will have lazer-like focus when undertaking complex tasks.
· High levels of organization. You will be able to prioritize your tasks to complete your workload.
· Driven and tenacity. Our drinks are hard to make – you will need to have high energy levels and drive to make sure production remains on schedule.
Most of all, it is important that you are fun and have a sense of humour. We are a small, high performing team and it is important we all bring good energy and keep the brewery a fun place to work. Positivity, laughs, and a banging Spotify playlist will be looked upon favourably.
