What we are looking for

We are looking for a motivated and talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) student assistant to join our fast-growing team. Your primary responsibility is to help turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales to create and execute on inbound- and outbound leads. This position requires phone calling, qualification, consultative selling skills and tight collaboration with the Account Executives to generate new opportunities.

We want you to grow within our organization and develop into an Account Manager position where you drive the sales process from start to end: from the first outreach, to participating in sales meetings and ultimately closing the deal. We expect you to have a lot of responsibility and be proactive. If you thrive with a flexible workday, lots of possibilities and high expectations, ARPEDIO is the place for you.


What you will do

As a SDR at ARPEDIO you will be working closely with the team to help us market and sell our solutions. You will primarily assist market development in Scandinavia but also in the US and UK. It is important that you are tech-savvy and have a natural interest in business development, sales and marketing. We imagine that you have a background in business/sales, but we are ready to be surprised. Most importantly: You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and are ready to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.

When you start at ARPEDIO, you will get a thorough introduction to our sales process as well as our marketing approach. We want you to have a strong desire to learn and we encourage you to challenge us with your knowledge and new ideas. We expect you to work around 20 hours a week with big flexibility both ways.


Key job requirements

  • 1-3 years into your studies at CBS, ITU, KU, DTU or similar with a focus on Business/Sales/IT/Communication

  • Proven track record within sales and/or telemarketing

  • Desire to support us in creating demand, managing sales opportunities and creating revenue

  • Can work in fast-paced teams but also work independently

  • Not afraid of proposing new ways of doing things

  • Tech-savvy and have an interest in start-ups

  • Fluent in English and Norwegian
