At Meili Robots, we provide a universal fleet management system for mobile robots, with a hardware and vendor agnostic approach. Our software enables users to control and monitor their robot fleets comprised of different types and brands from one platform, with features such as; Traffic Control, Task Management, and Path Planning.

Your role will be to assist the sales team on researching and analysing possible customers (lead-generation).

With pre-sale analysis, you will provide the details of the customer to the VP of Business development before our outreach so we can evaluate if the client is ready for our solution or not.

You may also be involved with scheduling meetings, and producing modification to sales decks to match the customer profile. If found competent, you may be trusted to carry out first stage outreach communications with the clients.

We are located at the DTU campus in Lyngby, convenient for students at the university.


  • Assist the VP of Business Development in pre-sales client analysis,

  • Produce lead generation material and find contact details,

  • Some involvement in client meetings, taking notes and possibly answer their questions,

  • Assist the business team in various entry level tasks,

Additional Needs:

  • Danish CPR number is a plus,

  • Resourceful personality with a ‘can do!’ attitude,

  • Own computer,

  • General understanding and interest in robot technologies,

  • Fluent in English (Scandinavian languages is a plus),

  • Ability to multitask and perform tasks that are not related directly to your position,

  • Previous work experience in small teams is a plus,

  • Strong communicator, ready to take responsibility, and able to be respectful.

Meili FMS is a fleet manager for mobile robots with a vendor-agnostic approach. It enables operators to collate their diverse fleet onto one platform.
