About us:
Finklusiv is a social business supporting small business owners and entrepreneurs get a business account in Denmark. Our customers are self-employed refugees, who use entrepreneurship as a way to financial independence. Many find it very difficult to get a business account in a Danish bank, and without it, they often cannot receive payment for their work.
We are thriving and are looking for new partners to support our customers. That is where you come into the picture, if you want to be part of our adventure.Â
You will be allocated customers file, and after screening of their application documents, you will help the clients complete their file and gather all information needed to make a succesfull application to our partner bank, Andelskassen Oikos.
Amongst other things, you will:
Screen the business idea and situation of the applicant
Verify that all documents were gathered in our systems for a complete file
Guide the business owners to gather any missing documents
Arrange a meeting with the clients IRL or online, discuss their situation and clarify any questions
Help them estimate how they will be using their business and private accounts in the year to come, and fill in the bank’s template questionaires
Write a recommendation memo
Transfer the complete file internally for review
Clarify any remaining questions before we send the file and our recommendation to the bank.
We imagine that you are:
A student or an independent worker looking for a side activityÂ
interested in supporting refugee business owners on their path to financial autonomy
Service minded, willing to understand and support our customer in every step of their journey to gather a file that will meet the bank’s expectations.Â
Detail-oriented, with good aptitude for completing administrative tasks
You have a good inter-cultural mindset, you are able to work with people of very different education levels and backgrounds
a self-starter, ready to get your own projects up and running & able to take ownership of a task or process, and see it through from inception to completion
Dependable and trust-worthy. You say what you do and do what you say.
Fluent in Danish and English
You have good writing skills
You do not need any previous experience in file analysis or customer management, this is something that we will teach you.
You will be allocated an increasing number of files as you become more independent with the tasks, but you can expect 4 to 5 files a month to begin with.

A compensation of 1000 dkk + VATÂ per completed file.
Duration: This is an open-ended cooperation, but you are available for at least 6 months.
We are looking to fill the position asap, but will of course wait to find the right candidate.
We will hold interview meetings as of week 34, but we advise you to send your application immediately if you find the position interesting.
