Things are going really well for embla - we are growing fast and we are now looking for a strong candidate to engage with customers, and make sure they they have best possible experience with their first contact with embla.
What you will be doing
Helping our customers with various inquires directly
Continuously develop and improve the internal processes that leads a great customer experience with regards to support
Building knowledge base content both externally and internally
Building and executing surveys of members, and similar initiatives to understand thoughts, intend etc.
Manage and educate our upcoming support team
About you
2+ years of experience with Customer support/success
Highly extrovert personality who thrives on bringing our customers more than they expected and making them shine
Structured, having a strong analytical mindset and naturally taking ownership and action
Strong proficiency in both danish & english
