Donkey Republic is looking for a new Business Client Success Representative. You will be responsible for the relationship with our public and private business partners. We are 15,000+ bicycles large, serving 1m+ customers in 10 large and another 50 smaller cities in Europe and we believe that Every Ride Counts. We are working to make bikes available everywhere around the world - and we need you!
As client success representative, you are responsible to hold the contact to our business partners, reply to their questions, coordinate their requests and help them maintain and grow their bike fleets. You take over when our Business Development team has signed a contract with a new partner and make sure that our new partner has a successful start and keep them happy throughout the duration of the partnership.
This includes compiling regular data reports, advising them how to grow, facilitating bike and spare part delivery logistics, have an open ear for their concerns and feedback, consult and coordinate marketing activities, etc.
You will be a part of our Business Development and Client Success team, where you also will may part in market development initiatives and tender writing.
You work closely with the other departments in the company in order to facilitate everything your partners need. You are the voice of our partners and give feedback to the other teams, e.g. product development, operations and marketing.

This can be an entry level position. Experience in account management, business development, marketing, project management or client relation management is an asset.

Are fluent in English and German. Professional Danish is a plus, but not required.
Any other language skill is an asset.
