What would be your tasks at Klar?

Talented people are needed to create a “next generation”-anything, and that’s why we’re looking for someone with a drive for talent attraction and employee engagement.

You should want to take on the challenge of building a department that will evolve and significantly develop in the coming years. But – since it is a small department today –, you’re not afraid of getting your hands dirty with the daily tasks.


The daily tasks are:

  • Handling hires for the entire company, with a focus on Scandinavia and newer markets

  • Collaborating with your team in Estonia on hires for the production

  • Contributing to the continuous development and optimization of people policies, systems, and procedures that reflect best practices and legislative requirements

  • Provide support and advice to people leaders on different employee relations, performance management, development plans, terminations, policies, procedures

  • Use data to provide people-related insights

  • Initiate projects focused on the overall work experience

 

In order to shoot for the moon, you would need the following skillset 💯:

  • Senior-level experience in People leadership, HR, or similar, together with a university degree

  • Thorough experience in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, performance, and development

  • You know how to build from the bottom up – you have the right toolbox to take Klar’s People and HR department to another level – pushing the vision and strategy for how we work with people

  • Experience in handling complex employee relations issues and coaching managers

  • Great knowledge of Nordic HR/labor regulations

  • Experience and a willingness to move into a high-growth environment, you have done this before and this is definitely your jam

  • Friends describe you as an amazing people person, dynamic and comfortable with a succeed or fail fast approach

  • You are capable of thinking strategically and you want to explore new ways of doing things
