We're growing fast and looking for a new colleague to join as a Danish-speaking Customer Support Consultant, located in our Copenhagen office.

In this role, you will be working closely with the team in Oslo and Copenhagen, and will be supporting our existing customers with their questions about Planday.

Therefore, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with our customers via telephone, online chat and email

  • Answering questions about how to use Planday and providing best practices for scheduling and administration

  • Testing and troubleshooting issues before passing them on to a second line of technical support

  • Forming the link between our customers and the product/engineering team behind our platform

  • Finding the best solutions for your customers and for your team, wherever your initiative takes you

As our ideal Customer Support Consultant, you are eager to help people around you. You're solution-oriented and have worked in a fast-paced customer service and/or IT support role before.

  • You speak Danish fluently and are comfortable with using English as a company language

  • You love helping people and setting a positive tone of communication

  • You are proactive, like problem-solving and can think outside of the box

  • You want to develop your customer service and technical skills within an innovative and international company

  • You believe that your best work comes in a team environment in a working space with good energy and enthusiasm

It is a plus if you have experience using Planday from a previous workplace.

Fluency in other Scandinavian languages (Swedish; Norwegian) is also considered a plus.
