So if you’ve found your way here, we assume you want to know more about our Senior Product Designer opportunity right? You are probably driven by identifying product ideas and turning them into beautifully designed prototypes? Very exciting! People claim data is the new oil, so why is it soooo time consuming and complicated to work with? 🤯 Data should be accessible and easy to understand. And that is what we are here to do for the real estate industry. Buildings? Yes, buildings! Those that make up our cities and are an essential part of life, providing the places where we live, work, learn and relax. Our daily bread is to collect and visualize any type of data that is even remotely relevant to real estate - paving the way for much (!) better decision making. No more gut feelings or spreadsheets 🥱 Revolution is knocking on the door.

So, in a nutshell, that’s Resights - or actually not, because what really defines us, are the +30 people behind our software. A collection of nerdy team players who in less than two years have built one of fastest growing startups in Denmark (yes that is true). All while we had fun, because that's truly a part of our DNA 🧬

You are..

• Familiar with platform design, preferably in a B2B SaaS context

• A ninja in Figma. Libraries, components and styles ring a bell for you.

• Able to understand complex platforms and make them feel light and easy to use

• Interested in conducting customer interviews and preferably have experience with this

• Strong in design principles and best practices

• Used to communicate with frontend engineers and oversee design projects from start to finish

Your mission

• Help facilitate and manage customer platform feedback & adoption

• Design new features and improvements for the platform, as well as understanding how to solve bugs and poor user behaviour with new design

• Oversee design projects from exploration to handover to the Tech Team

• Assist in reviewing projects completed by our Tech Team

• Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality

• Constantly improve user friendliness on our platform

• Assist in maintaining brand and design consistency across the platform, website, and marketing material

Our interview process
