We are looking for a skilled and experienced Product Designer (Senior or Lead) to join our team!

Firmnav is a fast-growing AI and data company headquartered in the heart of Copenhagen. We are working with leading enterprise commercial teams, helping them optimize their commercial strategy and execution using machine learning on their own and our proprietary company data.

We are empowering our customers with the next generation of machine learning-based customer analytic and sales prediction tools through our SaaS-platform as well as some tailored data science projects.

What is the role of a Product Designer?

As a Product Designer, you will be leading our product design. Thus, you will work close with our product team and tech to design and build our customer facing interface. You will be a part of a cross-functional team - consisting of a product team, engineers and data scientists - that works closely together to achieve it's goals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with your team to prioritise & scope features

• Conceptualise, design, and fine-tune our customer-facing apps.

• Developer low- & high-fidelity designs for prototypes and final designs.

• Run design-processes from start to finish - involving users in every step of the way.

• Facilitate design critiques with relevant stakeholders

• Validate new ideas through user-involvement - before they are being built.

• Be a champion of user-involvement & usability in your team and organisation.

What does it take to succeed in the role as a Product Designer?

• Minimum Bachelor, or equivalent, in product design or graphic design

• +3 years experience as a designer, with a focus on digital, working on brand implementation projects, preferably within a SaaS company

• Solid experience with delivering animated infographics, graphical models, and illustrations

• A structured approach to tasks (project management skills), teamwork and collaboration skills with English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Proactive and solution-oriented approach

• Eagerness to learn and willingness to put in work

• Positive attitude and a good team player
