We are looking for a driven software engineer to be a part of our core team. We are a start-up specializing in data-centric natural language processing, and we aim to be at the frontiers of specialized speech recognition. To succeed we need YOU to support, develop and maintain our existing and future products.

You will become part of an open-core company devout to popularizing flexible and inherently private speech recognition solutions across Europe. Our clients include both private and public organizations, and we experience a growing interest in our solutions. We have an exciting fall ahead of us and hope that you will help us meet our goals!

Your key responsibilities will include

• Collaborating tightly with the team to continuously revise and update the product roadmap.

• Product development, including iterating on current machine-learning modules.

• Configuring and maintaining deployments (both public cloud, private cloud & on-prem installations).

• Identity management and service integrations.

• Ensuring that all mission-critical systems are kept up to date and are continuously developed.

What do we hope that you can bring to the team?

• Team spirit and enthusiasm for being a key player in a small start-up with big ambitions.

• 2+ years of experience from a software development (or similar) role.

• Experience with infrastructure as code.

• Experience with microservice architectures.

• Understanding of cloud computing fundamentals and CI/CD principles.

• But most importantly technical curiosity and the willingness to adapt to new technologies as we discover them along the way.

• Gcloud, AWS.

• PostgreSQL, Keda, Kafka, Nginx.

• Python, Bash.

• Torch, Transformers, Onnx, FastAPI.
