Goodwings is a subscription-based hotel booking platform on a mission to make it easy and affordable for businesses to have their travel emissions verifiably removed. Whether we like it or not, travel is still a central part of doing business and while we’re not advocating for unnecessary travel, we want to make sure that if people do need to travel for work, they can do it in a responsible way.
How it works:
When you book a hotel on Goodwings.com, we calculate your round-trip emissions, including transfers and meals, and remove them through verified carbon removal projects certified by VCS (Verified Carbon Standard) which are also validated by the Rainforest Alliance.
About our partners:
We already have a strong and committed network of climate-conscious partners in Europe and North/South America who are passionate about promoting our mission to their employees and clients. Our Partnership Marketing Manager will be the person to take our partner growth to the next level.
The Partnership Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our expanding portfolio of partners, working closely with the Communications and Sales teams to develop and execute strategies that promote Goodwings to third parties. This includes co-branded campaigns that convey our value proposition and drive engagement. Our end goal is to have partners who are informed and inspired by the work that we do and can act as advocates for Goodwings to their audiences.
We work closely with senior decision-makers from some of the biggest and most forward-thinking global brands who are ambitious with their own sustainability goals. Their commitment to using Goodwings is just one aspect of how they’re making organisational changes to tackle climate change.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Responsibility for managing all current and future Goodwings partnerships.
Developing a strategy for acquiring and growing new partnerships, working with the Communications teams to develop the assets needed to execute this.
Setting clear KPIs for measuring the value and impact of partnerships, consistently finding ways to improve and/or adapt according to results.
Developing a scalable + repeatable toolbox of assets and resources for partners, helping them convey the Goodwings value proposition to their audiences in a clear, consistent manner.
Being an advocate and a source of knowledge for Goodwings partners, constantly finding ways to increase our value to them and their customers.
Other areas of responsibility can be assigned as partnerships develop.
What we’re looking for:
An excellent communicator with strong written and oral skills
An ability to “translate” and adapt key messages depending on partner profiles
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize - you'll be working with a large portfolio of partners, and you'll need to have the expertise to keep on top of their needs.
A highly motivated self-starter who, once a direction is agreed upon, can work independently
A strategic mindset that can identify opportunities and act on them in a timely manner
A creative approach to problem-solving and finding solutions that create value for partners
An agile working style - you adapt and react as needed
Strong empathy and a positive personality
Fluent in English
