If you're ready to rock and roll, then come be a part of a small, but awesome product team - and make great products!
About Daman
Daman was founded in 2002 to help people with chronic diseases improve their overall quality of life and get in control of their own disease, while reducing healthcare costs. We collaborate with pharmaceutical companies to create these digital solutions and make them more accessible to patients.
In Daman, we have our superstar product team - HealthBuddy - working mainly on our flagship product, RheumaBuddy, for people with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). The app enables people to get in control of their disease by tracking how they feel, and therefore build routines that make them live better days.
What will you be doing?
Since we're a small product team, you will be involved in EVERYTHING product-related. That cold be things like product strategy, market research, user research, UX, co-creation, copy writing, localisation and content creation - just to name a few.
You’ll be doing some grunt work (although we all get our own coffee), but that being said we are looking for someone who wants to take full ownership of both minor tasks and important product areas.
You…
Are ready to learn at the speed of light
Can’t wait to deep dive into our product, users and the market we operate in
Get excited by solving complex problems in the simplest ways possible
Love to build great products that really make an impact for the users
We don’t really care about your grades 🤪 we just want someone with a do’er type attitude who thrives by getting things done!
You need to have great written skills in English, and be able to communicate ideas in a clear and concise way.
The practicalities
🔎 We are looking for a university student with at least a few years left, who can work 10-15 hours per week - what you are studying is not important as long as you have a key interest in digital products and health.
🧑🤝🧑 You will be working directly with our Head of Product Claes, who will get you up to speed and get your product skills to the next cosmic level. You will also have close collaboration with the rest of the product team and our CEO and founder Andreas.
🚀 The product team is small but growing, which is why you will play a key role where your opinion is always heard. We expect you to be curious and come up with both questions and ideas. You will see a direct effect of your actions as there is a short time from decision to implementation.
🍻 We are a young, energetic team with veterans that will welcome you with open arms and a Tuborg (even if it's not Friday).
How to apply?
Apply for the position by sending us a few lines about why you want to come work with us and what you can bring to our awesome team. Include a link to your LinkedIn profile or a short resume for some easy bonus points!
