You have excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude. You can keep positive energy while multitasking and maintaining a solid work structure.
You are not afraid to take ownership and are motivated by continuously strengthening the relations with our existing retailers and agents while building profitable new ones.
You bring strong negotiation skills and hold a good business understanding from previous positions within the fashion- or lifestyle industry (or similar), allowing you to translate sales strategies into actions that drive results.
You have an aptitude for coordination and structuring your tasks and thrive on working independently while being a part of a close and supportive startup team. In addition, you are keen to take our purpose-driven and ocean-loving products to international waters and set your mark in an entrepreneurial setting.
You will work closely with our CEO and B2B back-office sales Manager, with whom you'll be responsible for strengthening, developing and expanding our B2B sales locally and worldwide.
The role provides both the framework and the breeding ground to unfold your professional and personal potential.
Role & key responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relations and grow our business with existing retailers and agents as well as new - primarily within Europe
Execute product and staff training in stores with all retailers.
Present, promote and sell Copenhagen Cartel products with existing and new B2B retailers, wholesalers and departments-stores.
Plan and execute marketing and sales activities with B2Bs
Developing our customer portfolio and onboard B2B
General office work includes order management, following up on sales targets, planning and structuring sales visits, and regular reporting to the Management.
Desired Experience:
Sales experience from similar position (minimum +2 years)
Experience in staff product training
Experienced in developing and managing existing and new customer relations.
A driving licence is required.
Language (Danish and English)
Is comfortable with travelling and being on the road the majority of the time.
