Rollens primære opgave vil være at ansætte, manage, coache og lede salgs-holdet, som består af Sales/Account Executives, der er ansvarlig for new business, opslag og account management - samt opfylde egen quota.
Som Sales Manager er du ansvarlig for
Lede og drive salgsteamet til at opnår budget på både NB, Upsales og AM
Opfylde eget budget
Ansættelser af nye sælgere til teamet
Support organisationen og samarbejd med de andre managers (før-salg og marketing)

Sales Manager (ENG)
Onsite Role - Copenhagen, Denmark - Scratcher June 2022
We are looking for an ambitious individual who wants to start as soon as possible - we will be running interviews ongoing.
As our company grows rapidly, we are looking to add a mid-tier management-level to prepare the organization for the coming period. This role will be 1 of 3 managers on the mid-tier level and will be crucial for our growth success.
Speaking Danish is NOT a requirement, however being physically present at our office in Copenhagen IS.
The primary objective of the role will be to Hire, Manage, Coach & Lead the outreach team, which consists of Lead Researchers, Sales Developers, Business Developers and the collaboration with external meeting-booking agencies.
The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for
Best practices for using email outreach tools
Define and execute follow up process’ for the SDR/BDR team
Defining and understanding ICP’s to support the LRSs
Support the organization and collaborate with the other managers (sales and marketing)
And ofcourse make sure that team hits their budgeted meeting quote while ensuring high quality

Experience in B2B SaaS
An understanding of the marketing landscape
Experience with prospecting and lead research
Experience with salesforce
