What we’re looking for:
We're looking for a Global Content Manager excited about commercial/digital writing for a B2B audience and have an impact on how customers perceive us from the very first time they meet Templafy and throughout their full journey with us through multiple different touchpoints. Your influence will therefore be vital in defining Templafy and our place in the world.

Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate content projects and calendars: developing and reviewing project briefs, coordinating internal/external copy resources.
Create consistent messaging for our multi-channel campaigns and other strategic projects: You'll never be short of a creative outlet as we have a Product Marketing team, ABM and campaign managers who run quarterly campaigns for which you will be analyzing content performance, conducting research, and creating consistent copy through engaging content and storytelling.
Convert complex use-cases into brand messaging and relatable stories that align with our customer’s needs. Understand product positioning and story to communicate it cross-functionally, across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Take Templafy’s content performance to the next level through close collaboration: Work with the Creative team (that you’ll be a part of) Product Marketing, Demand, Strategic Communications, Sales enablement, Partnerships, Product, Customer Success teams to tactically carry out copy needs across multiple digital channels.
Own and maintain Templafy's tone of voice: We're in a fast-growing scale-up organization, meaning our ToV is ever-evolving. We'd like you to work closely with different stakeholders to ensure our tone of voice is fresh and aligned to our market positioning while staying true to our core identity.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role(s) (a B2B or tech background would be advantageous but not a must).
A great native English writer.
Project management skills
A collaborative and proactive mindset and enthusiasm for creating great content together with our content creation team.
A sharp eye for the fine details of copywriting.
The enthusiasm to take on a role with lots of variation and where you will be a much-called-upon resource for a lot of people on different projects.
