About the role
As part of our Account Management team, you will have full ownership of a significant portfolio of existing Templafy customers. The role of the Account Manager is focused on finding scalable and targeted ways of engaging and growing our global customer base. By utilizing data-driven approaches, coordinating outreach efforts with marketing and business development resources, and enabling us to further accelerate implementation and adoption efforts with our customer success and technical delivery teams. You will be the strategic point of contact for your customers, to develop plans for increased penetration across our solutions within your territory, and ultimately drive increased revenue. Your key KPIs will be around retention rate and upsell revenue generation and measured against a quarterly quota.

Create and execute account plans for your customer portfolio
Work closely with the Account Management leadership to create and execute strategic plans for the overall customer portfolio
Take key decisions on your customer portfolio to increase net retention
Identify and negotiate customer renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities to reach our ambitious revenue growth plans
Pursue scalability focused initiatives that lead to better resource utilization, customer satisfaction, and net retention
Contribute to the development of signal capturing and data-driven triggers for sales and marketing efforts
2-3 years of business development, enterprise sales or account management experience required
Proven B2B sales skills and track record of meeting sales targets, experience within SaaS is required
Strong presentation, client engagement, and problem-solving skills
Advanced analytical and organizational skills
Aptitude for rapport building with customer executives and driving revenue-generating negotiations
Ability to develop and contribute to data-driven sales initiatives
Fluency in English is required – other languages such as German, French, Dutch are a strong asset
