You will be the link between our customers and Mover’s delivery organization, ensuring efficient implementation and that our customers experience our value propositions from day one.

With your previous experience from supporting professional customers and configuring or implementing software solutions, you will help us set a new standard for delivering smart and outstanding customer support. Furthermore, you will spearhead the understanding of our customer's needs and making sure our system supports these most efficiently.

Your responsibilities and tasks will consist of:

• Onboard, configure and implement our logistics management system to new customers

• Continuously improve implementation frameworks, templates, and methodologies

• Enable customer superusers with support and train-the-trainer to make them self-driven

• Lead and manage customer dialogue on many levels

• Define scope, timeline, and deliverables for implementation projects in close collaboration with customers

• Configure system settings and ensure continuous improvement in collaboration with customers

• Analyze needs/issues, help solve issues or describe the business requirement to our products owners and software engineers.

Since this is a customer-facing role, we are looking for an outgoing person with excellent communication skills. You are good at multi-tasking, but never miss deadlines or compromise quality. You build the foundation for strong and long-term customer relationships, where you drive value creation, support needs and questions. You take responsibility and work independently to achieve shared goals and challenge the status quo.
