At Eupry, we are supporting Lifesciences companies with regulatory compliance & cost reduction through innovative automatic environmental monitoring systems.
We are currently on a scale-up journey that will take the organization from +30 FTE to +60FTE in just 12-18 months. We are therefore looking for a People Experience Manager who will play a central role in the next stage of our organizational growth.

You are fluent in written and verbal English
You are proven generalist HR experience in a similar role for min. 3 years (Partner, manager, or lead) including experience in developing strategic initiatives as well as implementing operational solutions
You are with solid experience in talent acquisition and employment practices ideally with technical profiles
You have an interest in technology and previous startup experience is a big bonus
Strategy & Operations
Build the talent and people experience function – e.g. establish and continuously improve a variety of simple and strong people processes covering the full employee lifecycle (Attracting, Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, Retention, Off-boarding).
Partner with the leadership team and act as a strategic business partner regarding key organizational and performance management issues.
Be a culture builder and ensure a thoughtful employee experience throughout a phase of hyper scaling while supporting Eupry's values; Make innovation pragmatic, Encourage being geeky, Operate with transparency, Win in unity (Just to mention some!)
Maintain and review organizational structure across all departments to optimize the allocation of people across the business.
Support the organization with salary benchmarking & competitor analysis (Compensation & Benefits).
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Build a strong employer value proposition and talent acquisition strategy to continue to attract and ramp up talents to our organization at the speed needed.
Create & manage a talent acquisition budget to select, attract and retain the best profiles to support our growth and in line with Eupry's values.
Optimize and scale the overall team and process for talent acquisition, incl. best practices for candidate evaluation, interviewing, and follow-up, recruiting KPIs, and continuous improvement to drive the growth strategy.
Support multiple business areas with their recruitment needs, being quick to understand the demands of different teams.
Constantly strive to improve the quality, time, and cost-efficiency of the talent acquisition function.
Performance & Culture
Drive transparent communication. Appropriately communicate information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and team check-ins.
Promote a culture of performance and support managers to track monthly 1:1s and quarterly reviews. Implement Performance Development Plan to develop talents.
