Looking for a passionate UX intern who will support our research activities across the company with a focus on research operations and design implementation.

Who is Waitly?

Waitly is a fast-growing SaaS startup, with an ambitious team behind it. Today we are 10 employees working from three different locations, Copenhagen, Berlin, and Nykøbing Falster.

We started out in 2019 and have +27.000 users on our platform today, being the biggest hub for Waiting List in Denmark and perhaps Scandinavia.

Our software helps automates and visualises the process of being on a Waiting List, primarily focusing on the housing market. We wish to set the new standard for being on a Waiting List, so it becomes transparent and easy for everyone involved.

We have just raised our first round of money and launched our partnership with the biggest bank in Denmark, Danske Bank.

Our team consists of young people, where the average age is 26 years.

Who are you?

• Speaks and writes both Danish and English

• Have an appetite for conducting user research to understand the needs, desires, and behaviours of our target audience

• Centralise answers from different conducted research methods and assist with data analysis.

• User Testing facilitator for design validation, together with the UX designer

• Help prototyping and design together with our UX designer from raw User-Flows to High fidelity wireframes

• Work independently on UX/UI small assignments, but with guidance from our UX designer using Adobe XD (We use Adobe Package)

• Help with organising and participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and Workshops toward building new product features or executing design sprints

Waitly has a full-time UX/UI designer who you will be working closely with during the whole period. He will share his knowledge about all design process stages and build on top of that, depending on your level. 

Learn by being challenged in terms of giving and receiving feedback.

By the end of the period, you will have a deeper understanding of designing a product from ideation to delivery.
