What you will do

In this student position, you will spend a large part of your work time within our client support. This means that you will be responsible for facilitating the communication between our clients and our technical and business analysts to ensure that client requests and support issues are well taken care of. No worries, there is now previous knowledge required. In addition to that, you will be assisting our team with various other tasks which can be ad hoc as well as regular. Here, we pay great attention to your personal interest. Can you sell sand in the Sahara? Are you into finance? Do you want to prove your creativity within marketing or learn more about the technical side of our business? You can shape your path within Visigon!

Your activities may include:

• client support 

• sales research

• preparation of presentations

• administrative tasks

• creation of marketing material

• participation in weekly team meetings (online)

  
  

What qualifies you

We do not expect you to have any previous experience within client support or other related areas. Instead, we value and expect that you have a strong desire to learn new things. Furthermore, we require:

• Enrollment in a bachelor or master program within either business, economics, IT or other related fields

• A general interest in technology

• A creative, analytical and teamwork-oriented mindset

• The ability to quickly pick up new knowledge

• Good interpersonal skills

• An eye for the details

• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
