Opportunity

Can you lead the strategy for a product and brand targeting the next generation of European investors? And do you obsess about the small details that make all the difference to the user? In the Head of Product Design role, you’ll design and implement your ideas for the next-gen investment app. You'll have the freedom and responsibility in taking the Astro mobile and web products as well as marketing experience from ideation to production.

Profile

You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, and you likely hold a degree in Design, Game Design, Computer Science, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or equivalent. We value curiosity and skills over degrees.

• Want to take part in challenging common practices in the industry through user-centric, delightful design.

• Experience in utilizing research, usability tests, and metrics to sharpen design decisions.

• Familiarity with growth hacking through product design and community while ensuring long-term customer value.

• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), or similar.
