What is the role of a Product Manager?

Are you good at managing a software product and thrive in a flexible environment where communication is key? Are you ready to gather all ingredients, put them in a pot, and create a dish ready to eat? Are you used to being proactive and want to be involved and actively contribute to ensure the delivery of our products? Then you might be our new Product Manager.

At LENEO you will become part of the business and part of LENEO's Nordic expansion. In the role as Product Manager, you will have the customer in focus and work closely together with the Development Team and other Stakeholders within LENEO to excel our product.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering business insight on market trends

• Creating analyses of future ideas for the product and our services

• Gaining valuable insights from customers throughout their customer journey to identity the future needs of the product and our service offerings

• Writing features for requested changes

• Being responsible for the product life cycle from analyses and requirements to launch and product performance, as well as product compliance        

• Ensuring a high level of Stakeholders’ satisfaction 

  
  

What does it take to succeed?

As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the success of our product together with the rest of the product team. You will be an ambassador for the LENEO portal as well as be our product expert. We work agile and expect you to fit into this flow. You will be part of a growth trip and will have the opportunity to help building the product organization.

Profile needs to have:

• You have +3 years of experience with managing software products or has a minimum three years of experience as a product manager in a bank or in a leasing/rental company

• You are fluent in both written and oral Swedish and English, alternatively in another Nordic language

•  Experience in working with Azure DevOps or similar
