Walor is redefining whistleblowing
Walor is a subscription-based SaaS business that enables organizations to incorporate a digital whistleblower reporting platform and scheme to their organization to comply with upcoming EU regulations.
Walor was founded with the intention to promote and redefine the negative image around whistleblowing, as research suggests that whistleblowing has a negative connotation and is often associated with a culture of snitching. As the legislation is providing an unquestionable product-market fit, we have made it our mission to redefine whistleblowing.
At Walor, you'll be joining a fast-paced and collaborative team environment that is facing many exciting opportunities as we scale our business.
Work closely with the founders to develop, implement and execute outreach strategies.
Develop a strong base of potential customers, by identifying new points of contacts within target businesses.
Qualify inbound leads and nurture relationships with prospective customers by identifying customer objectives and pain points.
Prospect leads through social media and outbound calls and coordinate presentations between qualified prospects and the sales team.
Reach personal targets and company objectives, while forecasting and predicting your lead pipeline.
What we are looking for:
Can-do attitude. We expect you to bring a “get shit done” approach when everyone else is busy. You’re in charge!
Positivity. You are motivated and celebrate your victories and your learnings - have stamina and a growth mindset.
Entrepreneurial mindset. Hands-on experience building or scaling a business is a plus!
Structure. From idea generation to execution, you set goals and you strive to reach them, ensuring you are on track - either individually or in a team.
Self-starter. You have the confidence to move forward with little or no guidance.
English. You are fully proficient in English.
