About The Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who takes pride in understanding, assisting, and helping the customer. You will become a specialist in the product and use this to provide excellent customer support.
As our ideal candidate, you have a technical interest, team spirit, adaptivity, and empathy. Here, in the Customer Success and Operations department, we believe we are all responsible for our great ship's ability to sail through calm waters or a storm. We are proud of our "all hands on deck" attitude and place gratitude on each team member every day.
What you will do
Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone.
Provide our clients, partners, and leads with the best experience possible.
Work with our second-line team to resolve more difficult technical tasks.
Work with other teams to resolve requests from clients and leads.
Be an expert in our platform and products.
Help manage our external support centre.
Work with our finance department to resolve finance queries.
Pass on clients', partners', and leads' product feedback to our product team.
Who are you
You are just starting your career within IT and want to learn more about SaaS, websites, and IT operations.
You are stress-resilient and optimistic also during high workloads.
You thrive in situations where you might not know what to do immediately but know the help is near.

You should be comfortable with English both in writing and on the phone.
