We’re a team based in Denmark  and the Netherlands, and we’re looking for a Product Manager to join us on our growth journey. 

Welldium is a venture-backed HealthTech startup on a mission to support shifting the focus of our healthcare system from treating symptoms to addressing root causes.

We empower integrative healthcare practitioners to help their clients. We do this by simplifying their supplement recommendations. But this is just the beginning - we are passionate about helping practitioners and work every day to make their work easier so they can focus on what really matters - caring for their patients. 

The job

We are growing very fast - onboarding practitioners across most European countries and will soon release our new platform - Welldium 2.0. We know that building a great product isn’t easy and doesn’t happen by accident. We are establishing a product-led growth engine to enable us to help more practitioners helping more clients.

You will be the first product manager and help set the tone for how we build the team. Our ambitions are high and we need your help to realize them - get ready for an exciting journey!

As a team we believe in customer centricity, data-driven decision making, empowerment and cross-functional teams. These will be key cornerstones to how we build the team.

Responsibilities

1 Establish product operational excellence

Think about baking a cake. If you follow a recipe, you’ll have a good chance of making a delicious cake. You may even have it memorized and can keep making great cakes on your own. But if you want to run a bakery with various workers (bakers, buyers, cashiers, etc.), you need that recipe to keep churning out wonderful cakes to have a great business. 

Together with our co-founder, Tina, you will set up the product management framework and execute it with the team. 

2 Own and execute the product strategy

Holistic health care practitioners are in the center of everything we do and we have a strategy for how we will help them today, tomorrow and in the future. Your task will be to break the strategy down into manageable steps and communicate with the relevant stakeholders to get it done. 

3 Product Owner

Manage the product backlog, make sure user stories are defined and all stakeholders speak the same language

• Have 5+ years of product management experience

• Have experience in operational experience and love setting up processes

• Are a master of the PM toolbox and can set us up with the most suitable tools

• Have been a product owner and enjoy making sure everyone is aligned (nice to have)

• Have experience in working with agile principles and always put the customer first
