We are looking for a high-performing HR Administrative Assistant Intern to help perform various administrative tasks and support HR's daily activities.
✅ Your Tasks
Update our internal employee information database, including contact details and employment forms
Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
Screen resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
Help in payroll management, preparation and payment
Prepare, manage and store documents for HR policies and procedures
Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Create reports for senior management
Execute on team building and social events
Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects
Help in creating HR protocols and handbooks
May be responsible for making meeting and travel arrangements
Post new positions on various websites
Headhunt, recruit, onboard and off-board employees
Coordinate candidate interviews, physicals, and testing
Complete and mail out offer letters
Manage Client Satisfaction
Maintain a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and external
Properly handle client requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation
Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
Frequent communication with employees
⭐️About You
Previous working experience as an HR administrative assistant for at least 3 years
Have a passion for HR operations and all facets of the employee lifecycle
Have knowledge of the Danish Funktionærlov
Have a strong sense of ownership and see projects to the end
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
BS in human resources or similar relevant field
Are very structured, detail-oriented, and able to keep deadlines
Are service-minded, proactive, and full of initiative and ideas
Appreciate working in a multicultural environment; with English as our corporate language, fluency in English is a prerequisite. Danish is a big plus
Have excellent MS Office & G-Suite skills
Have a positive and empathetic personality
Know that no task is too small and you take pride in being a team player
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Data-driven mindset
Experience with recruitment marketing
Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
