Your role as Revenue Operations Manager is to improve our commercial performance, productivity, and scalability through initiatives enhancing operational and Marketing efficiency and structure.
You will refine our existing processes and implement new systems to help our teams be productive and deliver an exceptional experience for customers and partners. You will be responsible for scaling revenue efficiently by increasing sales and marketing productivity across various stages of the customer lifecycle.
You can expect to work with the following:
You will be responsible for changing our CRM system to Hubspot, setting the architecture and ensuring good data discipline.
You will be building automation, and helping the team leverage the CRM system and other relevant tools.
Oversee and help ensure we achieve our overall metrics, such as time-to-ramp, KPIs and overall productivity.
Optimisation of performance, strategy, and alignment of revenue operations within the organisation.
Drive revenue growth and customer retention, through the correct data, processes and initiatives.
Establishing the right tech stack to support the entire Customer journey across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
Set up and maintain sales data for forecasting.
You will be reporting directly to our CRO and work closely with him on a daily basis.
Job history: 2+ years experience with Sales-/Revenue operations or Business operations. We would like you to have experience with CRM software and their administration; HubSpot experience is ideal.
Technical skills: You do not need technical or programming skills. But it would help if you were comfortable working with technical specifications and coordinating integrations between various platforms.
Collaboration skills: Proven experience acting as a liaison between various departments and stakeholders.
Analytical skills: Ability to track metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse them, and turn them into actionable strategies.
Relationship-building: Cross-functionally build trust with other departments and create relationships.
Problem-solving: You are proactive and have a creative mindset with the ability to solve issues thoughtfully and in a way that makes sense for the rest of the business, usually from a sales perspective.
Strong communicator and teacher: You need to be able to manage complex processes, and make them easy to understand for others, whether it’s a busy sales rep or department executive. New processes and workflows should be simple to teach and train to implement effectively.
Designing and documenting processes, you should have experience with this as well as having a track record of improving these.
Be a strong presenter so you can share data in a polished, meaningful way, whether it’s a quick email, in-depth report, or presentation deck.
