 The Job

As our new WordPress Developer in our Growth Marketing team you would be involved in our website’s day-to-day operations. This includes developing and providing maintenance for our website, installing new plugins, monitoring their performance to ensure the website’s overall functioning, and suggesting and executing on optimisations for user experience on web. Further, you are also involved in developing and customizing our themes, plugins and interactive online tools as well as optimizing our page speed and implementating our content. For the success of this process, you will be able to work with excellent internal teams, to ensure best-in-class UX, CRO & technical SEO.

Professional qualifications

You have most likely a couple of years of experience with the following:

• Frontend development incl. responsive design  (HTML, CSS, JS)

• Website maintenance and WordPress plugin integration 

• Site audits and fixing crawl errors (Site Health, Page Speed, CWV)

• Working with MarTech such as Salesforce, Pardot, GTM & SEMRush 

• UX best practices

• Working in Agile environments

Further, you have good understanding of common web practices and principles. Fluency in English is a must and any of the following languages is a plus: German, French, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish.

• Has the ability to work collaboratively and supportively with diverse groups of stakeholders 

• Has the ability to handling multiple projects at the same time

• Drive to work on own initiative and see projects through from development to completion
