At Canute we’re on a mission to help Nordic startups succeed internationally. Until now we have mainly done that with our three-day market entry programs that we offer across five markets but also via event and networking activities in Denmark.
The company was founded by former tech entrepreneur, Mia Grosen, as she saw a lack in high quality offerings for Danish startups wanting to grow in new markets. Today the Canute team consists of five passionate people in our office in central Copenhagen where we work alongside other startups, investors and entrepreneurs.
Canute is now about to expand our activities and impact further in the Nordic startup ecosystems and for that we need a new team member who can develop our partnerships in both Denmark and internationally. Do you love to travel, have experience with partnerships and B2B sales and have a passion for startups - then you found your dream job!
Values
We’re a social team who love to have a Friday beer with the startups from the office and once a month we do a team day with a social activity. We enjoy great flexibility in our work and work remote or abroad when possible as we’re all great travel geeks.
We truly care about the startups that we help - and we also care about each other as a team.
Canute is a company that continuously reflect on how we can do better - both towards our startups and internally on our team. We set a path for personal development and upskilling. When we as a team continuously aim for being better and always have the most in demand skills, it also means that the startups we help get better conditions for succeeding.
How we help startups
At Canute we offer our market-entry programs across five markets; Stockholm, Berlin, London, Amsterdam and New York. The programs are are for Danish startups ready to expand to the given market. During the program the participating startups get access to market knowledge and local network that can help them start and grow their business.
We have had more than 130 startups through our programs and are experiencing an increasing demand - both from startups wanting to join the programs but also from the +300 local stakeholders that we work with across the five markets.
