TwentyThree is looking for an ambitious Junior Product Specialist to make sure our customers get the most out of our products by offering our expertise to help them reach their audiences, achieve their business goals and win with video. The Specialist team is the first touchpoint for our customers. As our student assistant, you’d become one of the familiar faces behind our products. This is a great opportunity to learn the ropes and get experience in working with product and business development, customer management, service delivery and project management alongside your studies. ​


What you will do:

  • Solving problems over phone, chat, and email.

  • Building and setting up custom solutions in collaboration with clients.

  • Acting as an internal product specialist for all TwentyThree teams.

  • Leading training for new customers.

  • Creating video and written content for customers.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a study program with 12-24 months to graduation

  • Ability to learn quickly with great problem-solving skills

  • Strong ability to understand and explain technical issues

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong team player, efficient, structured, and solution-oriented

  • Thrives working in a fast-paced environment


Bonus Points

  • Additional languages

  • Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in a techy environment

  • Experience with web development using HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript

  • Experience with HubSpot


Key Facts

  • Full team member, funktionær contract with full benefits

  • 20 hours per week

  • Start date: August 1st
